30 Day Returns

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all of our products.

We want you to be fully satisfied with any product you purchase from us, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, and the item is eligible for return, you may qualify for a refund with our 30-Day Return Policy.

Products are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit if returned within 30 days from date of purchase and meet the requirements below.

30-Day Return Requirements:

  • There must not be any missing parts or damage to the product. All items must be in working order and include the manufacturer’s original blank warranty and instruction manual (if applicable).
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and any free promotional items that were included with the original purchase.
  • The returned items must be sent back to Maldon Gold Centre and received within 30 days of the date of your purchase.

What will I get refunded?

  • If your return meets the requirements above you will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping, this includes orders that received free shipping with the original purchase.

How will I get refunded?

  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card or other form of payment that was used at the time of the original transaction.

When will I get refunded?

  • If your return meets the requirements above, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

What if it doesn’t meet the requirements?

  • Any items that do not meet the requirements of the Return Policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


The following items are not eligible for the 30 Day Return Policy

  • Batteries
  • Picks
  • Sluices
  • Shovels
  • Heaphones
  • Clothing
  • SnakeProtex
  • Books/Magazines/Software/DVDs

However normal consumer law guarantees still apply to the above products.
